Cancellation Policy

Responsibilities: The "Business" is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the "Business" including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the "Client" or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the "Business", rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. The "Business" is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo or film coverage. The "Business" is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the EVENT(S). The "Business" will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the EVENT(S). Content Delivery: All content captured and created by the BUSINESS will be delivered through an online portal for the CLIENT to download for up to one year. Upon the delivery of any/all content, the CLIENT will have 5 days from the time sent from the BUSINESS to send any *revisions*
